As a leader in the industry, we have developed a revolutionary ordering system to simplify the buying process. You can easily add styles and colors to your cart, build multiple container orders simultaneously, create pre-priced labels with a few clicks, and much more. This makes the ordering process quick and easy.
MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY (MOQ)
All orders are shipped factory direct in 40-ft or 20-ft shipping containers.
COMBINED CONTAINERS
We understand variety is an essential component of the pottery category. Many of our collections are combinable, meaning you may order two collections in one 40-ft container at no additional cost.
Combined orders are only available when ordering a 40-ft container: two collections max, each occupying about 50% of the container.
SHIPPING TERMS
FOB shipping points: Vietnam, China, Greece, Thailand, Turkey, Spain, Italy, Indonesia – and growing! Port is based on country of origin. The buyer is responsible for all costs from the factory to your final destination.
CUSTOMS COMPLIANCE & EXTRA CHARGES:
- Potential Fees:
- Demurrage: For delays moving containers from terminals.
- Pre-Pull Charges: To avoid weekend delays.
- Storage Fees: For pre-pulled containers.
- Detention/Per-Diem: For delayed container returns.
- Customs Inspections:
- Includes X-ray, document review, unloading inspections, or contraband checks.
- Additional transportation fees may apply for inspections.

PACKING
Most products are packed in full or half pallets, secured with cardboard/foam/rubber, polyethylene-wrapped and securely strapped. Collections that are loose-loaded, and which may require more time and staff are: Rustic Garden, Authentique, Vintage Creek, and Vestige.
UNLOADING
A fork lift, pallet jack and bolt cutters is required for unloading. 2 hours of unloading time is included in the freight cost.
DAMAGE CLAIM
North Coast Pottery offers a 3% deductible on breakage claims. Claims must be filed within 10 days with the item number, size, color, and individual photos of each broken piece.

PRE-PRICED LABELS
Our sophisticated online label system can help you calculate your desired retail prices for each item on your order. We will apply the labels at no cost with your prices in advance so your products will be ready to hit the shelves as soon as they arrive! We are happy to provide you with a current freight quote so you can price your products more accurately.
TWO-STOP DELIVERY
We offer the option to deliver the container to two nearby addresses if you have multiple locations.
